Test My Email Address

Use this tool to see if emails from Caribou are reaching your email address.


Please note :

  • You do not have to do anything with emails sent through this tool
  • It is important to not confuse this tool with the activation and confirmation emails you should receive upon registering
  • To receive our contest update emails, you must have checked the box 'Allow Caribou to Contact Me' on Edit My Account.
  • Verify or change the email address associated with your account on the page Edit My Account
  • If the email address you used to register is unreachable and you did not receive an activation email, email us so we can activate your account.

If you do not receive the test email:

  1. Wait, it could take a few minutes.
  2. Check your Spam folder. If the test email is in Spam, label it as Not Spam.
  3. Add '[email protected]' as a contact or add to your whitelist (i.e. Safe Senders, Approved Senders). You may need to contact your school's IT.
  4. Try sending another test email.
  5. If you cannot receive any test emails, you should not use this email address on our website. Change it on the page Edit My Account
