If you encountered an error on the site, please include as much information as you can to help us fix the problem. Information like the following is very helpful.

• the page you were on
• the error message if any, copy/paste if you can
• the steps you took to encounter the error
• the type of your computer (iPod, iPad, tablet, PC, Mac,...)
• the operating system (exactly which version of Windows or MacOS or Linux)
• the web browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari,... and the version number)
• the display resolution that is running (e.g. 1024x768,...)
